Office Ergonomics: A Customer Service Rep’s Best Friend

I am a customer service representative of a newly established call center in Asia. My office takes pride in our ergonomic working arrangements. Being in an industry that is known to have the highest attrition rate among employees, our office boasts the fact that we have more happy representatives than most of the call centers in the region. I can attest to that since I’ve been jumping from one call center to another for 7 years now. I’ve seen people break down, their health failing them until they’re back’s sore and their necks stiffen (literally) which ultimately leads to resignation. I know for a fact how important office ergonomics is in any working environment.
