Our Son Showed Us how to gain muscle
Our son Billy was always telling us that we would need to get more serious about our fitness as we got older but up until recently we ignored it. Today he told us about the basics on how to gain muscle, and they are really quite simple. First, you have to eat properly. Certain foods, like proteins, will help give you energy and will aid you in your quest to gain lean muscle. Second, you need to exercise properly. That does not have to mean constant exercise, but you do need both cardio and strength training. Lastly, supplements can really help out.
