Unfairly Accused
My daughter was arrested for a crime she did not commit. Now this false arrest is coming back to haunt her. We are seeing a lawyer tomorrow to request expuge record florida or, if that is not possible, to have a statement from the arresting officer. The statement would need to detail the events surrounding the arrest. My daughter was accused of a robbery by a rival. After investigating, the police determined the rival had actually sold the jewelry for money and just blamed my daughter because it was convenient. This is unfair as it can ruin a person’s life. I want the law changed so no one else has to go through what we are now.
